Chipotle!

Andrea came with me to E. Lansing today (a brave act for a Wolverine), doing some shopping and reading while I had class. She said the trip was well worth it after we enjoyed lunch at Chipotle, one of the greatest restaurants on earth.

We lived around the corner from a Chipotle in Chicago, and made sure to go there at least once a week. Alas, Chipotle has not yet come to Grand Rapids--or Ann Arbor, giving East Lansing its very first entry on a list of ways it's superior to Ann Arbor. (The manager said he'd heard a rumor that Chipotle will open in GR and AA next year, a rumor we heartily spread in the hope of making it come true.)

Sure enough, as soon as we sank our teeth into our burrito and tacos today, we knew why Chipotle is better than Qdoba (which we rely on in GR as a weak facsimile). You lucky readers in Denver, Chicago, and other Chipotle cities know what we mean.
